Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trading Cards ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

Trading Cards provides algorithmic trading strategy backtesting, zero-knowledge proof generation, and NFT minting services. The Platform is intended for educational and research purposes related to algorithmic trading.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Trading Cards website, applications, and services.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Platform.
• "Strategy" refers to algorithmic trading configurations created by users.
• "NFT" refers to non-fungible tokens minted on the blockchain representing verified strategies.
• "ZK Proof" refers to zero-knowledge proofs generated to verify backtest results.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and authentication credentials that you use to access the Platform. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party.

Use of the Platform

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

Trading Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading Cards is an educational and research platform. Backtested performance does not guarantee future results.

By using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Algorithmic trading involves substantial risk of loss
• Past performance of strategies does not indicate future performance
• You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make
• The Platform does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred from using strategies developed on the Platform
• You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trading Cards and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

When you mint a Strategy NFT, you retain ownership of the underlying strategy logic. However, the performance metrics and verification proof associated with the NFT are publicly visible on the blockchain.

User Content

You retain all rights to the trading strategies you create on the Platform. By creating strategies, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.

You represent and warrant that: (i) your content does not violate any third-party rights, and (ii) you have all necessary rights to create and share your strategies.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to Google OAuth, blockchain networks (Sui), cryptocurrency wallets, and data providers (Bybit). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Cards and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This limitation applies whether the damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform. We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will function uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; or (c) the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trading Cards operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
